if you read Spearmint Baby, you saw that we spent Halloween day at Johnson’s Farm picking pumpkins, corn and sweet potatoes. so, i have about 10 lbs of sweet potatoes sitting on my kitchen counter! i am on the hunt for some new recipes that include sweet potatoes. there must be something new and delicious that i have not yet tried
