Cucumber Appetizer

i love this cucumber appetizer idea by Edith’s Kitchen. the possibilities are really endless on what you could fill them with. i am thinking of some cream cheese, lox, and a glass of Chardonnay!
Recipe
2 hothouse cucumbers
Areia pepper (more colors, one in each 1/2-1/4)
1 green onion
a cube of feta cheese (about 50 g)
6-7 olives
