my online cookbook!

after a lot of encouragement from my husband, i have decided to start Spearmint Kitchen. i love food and experimenting with recipes. having 2 children under 2 yrs leaves me little time for cooking and baking so quick recipes are my favs these days. this blog will be my online collection of recipes and a source of visual inspiration. i hope that by starting this blog, i will never again wonder what is for dinner! feel free to share your favorite recipes
