Blueberries: Lemonade or Crepes?

So many fun recipes to try with my Farmer’s Market blueberries. On my list are Dark Chocolate Crêpes with Blueberry Cream & Frozen Blueberry Lemonade. Which recipe shall I try first??
Coffee Alternative

I decided against another Venti Pike’s Place this afternoon. I’ve been going home from Starbucks with a “drunk off coffee” feeling lately.
So, I picked up a bottle of Mighty Mango NAKED drink. WOW, sooo delicious. Have you tried it yet?
Halloween Straws

These just make me want to have a Halloween party! Can you imagine your guests sipping on a ghoulish cocktail with these cute straws? via Go Against the Grain.
Pumpkin Spice Latte

WOW, such a great fall drink! …Katie from chocolatecoveredkatie.com teaches you to make her version of the Starbucks Pumkin Spiced Latte. MMMM!
2 T canned pumpkin
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 cup milk of choice, or (for a richer taste) a combination of nondairy creamer and milk
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
3-4 T strong coffee
sugar or stevia to taste
Mix everything but the coffee with a fork or whisk. (Then, for a hot latte, you can either microwave or heat on the stove.) Add coffee and whisk again.
If desired, top with Coconut Cool Whip.
Watermelon Jalapeño Margaritas

Num Num…something refreshing with a bit of kick! Doesn’t this sound perfect for these 100 degree days? I can’t wait to try one of these on my deck this weekend. via domesticfits.blog.com
4 cups seedless watermelon chunks
1 1/2 tbs chopped fresh jalapeños, seeds removed (very important)
1 cup of tequila
1/2 cup triple sec
1 tbs granulated sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
Put all of these ingredients in a blender and blend for about a minute.
Adjust with more tequila if you dare! Add ice and blend or you can serve it on the rocks. Either way, you will probably need about 3 cups of crushed ice or ice cubes.
You can rim the glass with either sugar or salt, this recipe lends itself very well to both. (I am definitely a salt girl!)
Add a jalapeño ring as a garnish.
Pepsi or Coke?
Are you a Pepsi or a Coke person?…or maybe neither at all? I drink Diet Coke and to me Pepsi always tastes like they have added soap to the can. My husband drinks Diet Pepsi. If fact, I would call him a chain drinker. We often fight for fridge space!
Polka-Dot Strawberry Milkshake

If you are craving homemade milkshakes, smoothies and ice cream you must bookmark Evan’s Kitchen Ramblings. Not only does she post the most delicious treats, but her photography is just gorgeous!
& BTW, doesn’t a polka-dot milkshake seem like much more fun than a regular strawberry milkshake? I LOVE marshmallows!
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups milk
2 very large scoops vanilla ice cream
1 cup strawberries, hulled
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
6 marshmallows, cut in half
Method
Blend milk, ice cream, strawberries and extract in a blender until smooth. Press the cut side of the marshmallows inside empty glasses. Pour the milkshake into the glasses. Serve with straws and enjoy!
Serves 2 (depending on what size glasses you use)
