Homemade Pumpkin Puree

with Halloween and Thanksgiving coming up there are all kinds of recipes that call for canned pumpkin…pies, cakes, cookies
i never even thought of making my own until i saw this recipe on Makes and Takes.
i’m not sure why i never thought of this before…it is so simple and why waste a pumpkin?
*cut your pumkin into wedges
*place skin side down on a pan
*bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 min.
*once cool, scoop out flesh and place into blender.

…and now you are ready to make your fav recipe!
